Loler inspections

As part of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Operations regulations 1998 the Arboricultural industry are required to have their climbing equipment thoroughly examined by a competent independent assessor. Every six months for PPE and annually for Rigging equipment.

We aim to provide an affordable flexible inspection service, providing inspections of climbing and rigging equipment at your location and preferred time, minimising disruption to your business.

Tree Survey and Inspection

Home owners, businesses and landowners have a legislative duty of care to ensure that their property is safe for whoever may visit or use the area. This includes all the trees growing on your land. We provide detailed surveys and tree condition reports along with risk assessments that identify any issues, and suggest any mitigation works that may be required. This gives you evidence of maintaining the safety of your site and an ability to plan any works required if necessary.

Other surveys include tree condition reports and surveys for development and applications to local authorities regarding work in Conservation areas and on trees subject to tree preservation orders.

Training and education quality assurance

With thirty years of working in the education and land-based industries we can provide detailed work force skills audits along with advice on workforce development and growth.

Internal verification and quality audits on training and assessment.

Other services include Machinery and equipment audits and assessment to ensure companies comply with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER)
